Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Rx Saver Hub (the “Sponsor”), operator of https://www.rxsaverhub.com. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit your email address through any official Giveaway entry form on https://www.rxsaverhub.com, including the on-site popup and the signup forms in the page footer. Providing a first name is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate submissions using the same email address will not create additional entries. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, or bots are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.

Entering the Giveaway also subscribes you to email updates from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing will not remove your Giveaway entry or affect your chances of winning.

4. Free Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary. To enter without submitting a form, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and include your full name and email address in the body. Alternate-method entries receive the same chance of winning as all other entries and are subject to the same one-entry limit.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Gift card use is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer. Total ARV of all prizes: $500 USD.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry.

The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days. If the winner does not respond within that period, if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return tax documentation before the prize is awarded, where required by law.

8. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entry data is processed using Email Bump, the Sponsor's email service provider. The Sponsor does not sell entrant email addresses.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process or has acted in violation of these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud or technical failure destroys the integrity of the Giveaway, and to select the winner from eligible entries received prior to such action.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

11. Not a Medical Offer

This Giveaway is unrelated to any medical treatment, provider, or product reviewed on this website. Entering does not require and does not involve any medical consultation, purchase, or treatment decision, and does not affect any editorial content on this site.
