FuturHealth review: the introductory price and the next bill

Check FuturHealth’s current branded-drug introductions, membership cancellation and the limits of its six-month refund language.

By Rx Saver Hub · Updated · Earlier page recorded 2025-12-07; original publication date unavailable.

FuturHealth’s current storefront leads with named branded medicines and introductory prices. That is useful information about the first offer, but it does not supply a complete ongoing budget. A medication introduction, the platform subscription and charges earned by a medical provider may follow different rules.

We checked the rendered offers, expanded FAQ answers and written policies on October 15, 2026. This refresh replaces our earlier numerical assessment with a review of public costs and service terms. We did not purchase treatment, test customer support or verify a patient outcome; the article has not received clinician review.

Three introductory offers, without a verified renewal total

The live homepage advertises Foundayo tablets from $198 for the introductory month, Wegovy pills from $198 and the Zepbound KwikPen from $395. The products page also describes introductory-dose prices. These are advertised starting offers, subject to eligibility and prescribing; they are not quotes for every later prescription.

The public pages reviewed did not establish the full continuing medication price and all associated membership or provider charges for a selected checkout. Ask for the amount due today, the next charge and its date, and the later price if the prescription changes. We leave that ongoing total unresolved instead of extending a first-month price across a year.

The expanded homepage FAQ lists care-team access, nutrition planning, meal tracking, fitness features and the app as subscription features. It says prescribed medication can be delivered, but that sentence alone does not establish that every medication cost is included in one subscription payment.

Read the product name before comparing approval or evidence

The current offers name Foundayo, Wegovy pills and Zepbound KwikPen. FDA approved Foundayo, orforglipron, on April 1, 2026; that approval concerns the medicine, not a certification of FuturHealth’s platform or its service quality. Branded-product trial results also do not establish what a particular FuturHealth patient will experience.

The July 1, 2026 terms separately allow for compounded prescriptions through independent pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. A branded offer on the homepage should not be used to label every possible treatment available through the platform as an approved branded product. Confirm the exact prescribed medicine, formulation and dispensing pharmacy with the treating professional.

The platform is separate from the treating practice

The terms identify FuturHealth Inc. as the nonmedical platform. They name independent provider arrangements involving SteadyMD Physician Group, P.C., OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, P.C., affiliates and provider organizations supported by CareValidate Inc. This list does not identify which practice or professional would treat a specific reader. A consultation and a clinician’s prescribing decision are required.

The terms recognize pharmacy choice and describe possible enrollment in manufacturer assistance programs, subject to the relevant rules and eligibility. Assistance enrollment is not an insurance approval or a guaranteed price. The platform’s insurance-support estimates also are not guaranteed, and provider, pharmacy or laboratory billing may follow separate arrangements.

The homepage says availability can be confirmed during the health questionnaire. We did not audit state-by-state clinical availability, professional licences or pharmacy operations. Ask how to contact the assigned clinician about treatment questions and how any follow-up or requested testing is billed.

The subscription has a 24-hour cancellation deadline

The terms say to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. They describe the portal path Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, as well as phone and website chat. The dated terms list (831) 900-4723 and support hours of 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week.

FuturHealth says cancellation is processed immediately or within one business day. That is a company statement, not a response time we measured. Retain the request and confirmation, including the next billing date it affects. Stopping a future membership payment does not necessarily reverse an appointment or medication order already processed.

Care-team messaging, administrative support hours and shipping are separate services. The homepage promises access for check-ins and questions, but we did not establish a guaranteed clinical response time or a delivery deadline for an individual prescription.

The six-month language has substantial exclusions

The membership satisfaction section describes eligible refunds of membership or program fees paid in the preceding six months. It first deducts nonrefundable amounts and costs already incurred or earned, including provider services, medicine, pharmacy charges, testing, shipping and onboarding fees. A later sentence uses broader membership-refund wording, but still excludes medication and medical-provider charges. Read the complete section and linked policy before relying on the guarantee.

The practical question is which part of your payment remains refundable after those deductions. A six-month lookback is not a promise that six months of medication, clinical care or other services will be refunded. Ask for an itemized explanation for the selected offer and any medical-ineligibility scenario.

The refund policy dated February 7, 2025 says processed medication and other products, scheduled or used medical services, and discounted purchases can be nonrefundable. It separately says appointments cancelled within 72 hours are nonrefundable. That appointment window is different from the 24-hour subscription deadline. We did not submit or resolve a refund claim.

A useful comparison needs two bills and two exit questions

Request the first and continuing bills with medication, subscription and provider charges shown separately. Then ask both how to prevent the next renewal and when the existing order becomes nonrefundable. A low introductory number is not enough to answer either question.

Our WeightWatchers Med+ review examines a service with separate membership and medication commitments. Use the prescription-cost worksheet to record the payment dates and unresolved amounts before comparing the offers.
